Hello! I am Yiğit, also known as ucanyiit. I am a frontend-focused software engineer in Turkiye, and this is my space for thoughts, and readings I found interesting.
My interests include frontend development (React, TypeScript), web performance, and software architecture. I am passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences and building production-ready, maintainable software systems.
I graduated from METU with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2022, and I am currently pursuing my master's degree at the same university.
Since 2022, I have worked at Zeplin, Gopuff, and Edge Delta, working across frontend and backend products.
At Zeplin, I worked on the web app and shipped bug fixes and quality improvements. At Gopuff, I built a product management app for the catalog team and owned much of the frontend stack. At Edge Delta, I helped build a new AI-powered product and developed the workflow builder.
I started running as a hobby and I am currently training for my first marathon.
